By accessing or using MediaCreador ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free, paid, and API users.
MediaCreador is a template-based video editor. Users browse a catalog of pre-authored templates and apply them to their own clips, photos, and audio. The Service provides editing tools, royalty-free audio, and export to standard video formats. The Service is provided "as is" and subject to availability.
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Accounts may not be shared or transferred. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all clips, photos, audio, and creative materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant MediaCreador a limited license to store, process, and render your media as part of providing the editing service. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload. You may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted media you do not own or have licensed.
Videos you export from the Service are owned by you. Commercial use is permitted on paid plans. Free plan exports may include a watermark and are for personal use only. We make no warranty that exported content will be free from third-party intellectual property claims arising from media you supplied.
You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that: (a) is illegal or promotes illegal activity; (b) depicts minors in sexual contexts; (c) constitutes harassment, hate speech, or threats; (d) infringes intellectual property rights; (e) is used to deceive or defraud others; (f) violates any applicable law or regulation. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion for technical failures. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EXPORTED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIACREADOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
